Precision Production Turning CNC Machines
Absolute Machine Tools is your partner in production machining! Our Production Turning Team consists of highly knowledgeable and experienced sales and applications engineers whose number one focus is to match your manufacturing challenges with the production machine that can solve them. Absolute represents production turning lines ranging from simple CNC gang-style lathes to multi-slide, multi-axis turning machines. Whether your applications require sliding headstock or fixed headstock solutions, we have the machines and expertise to help you make the best choices.
Absolute partners with manufacturers in the precision production turning industry to maximize profitability by matching the right machine to the right part. This consists of analyzing part complexity, materials, tolerances, lot sizes, and more to select the machine that best suits those characteristics.
We have hundreds of years of combined experience doing just that! Our production turning experts have lived the production turning life in every capacity from deburring parts to owning their own screw machine houses. Let our experienced team help you find the right solution.

When the solution to your needs involves Swiss-style machines, Nexturn Swiss lathes answer the call! maximum bar capacities from 12mm to 38mm diameter, exchangeable guide-bushing machines from 20mm to 38mm capacity, and non-guide-bushing machines with 26mm to 51mm bar capacity. In addition, Nexturn provides turret type non-guide-bushing, sliding-headstock machines to process 45 mm, 56mm, and 67mm diameter bars.
LICO multi-axis, multi-slide CNC screw machines combine up to 4 X-Z cross-slides with an 8-position turret that work simultaneously to maximize metal removal. Overlapping up to 5 tools simultaneously, LICO machine tools rival screw machine speed with CNC quality and versatility. These machines include either turret-mounted or independent counter-spindles, and they’re available in spindle sized from 36mm to 100mm. When cycle times are important, overlapping tools get the job done faster!
With up to 56 total tools and up to 24 B-axis live tools, QuickTECH mill/turn centers are designed to drop even the most challenging workpieces complete in one cycle. The live tools work on independent slide ways, allowing simultaneous access to main and sub-spindles. These processes combined in one complete cycle result in faster part making, higher accuracies due to no re-chucking, and reduced set up times.
