In 2018, Absolute Machine Tools became and employee-owned company. What does that mean? It means that every single employee, no matter what the job title, has a responsibility to make this company successful and provide a living for not only this generation but future generations as well. How do we do that? By valuing every customer, big and small, because without them, we don’t have a company.
Absolute Machine Tools has always taken pride in providing customer service. Even in the days of yore, we worked very hard to ensure every customer was taken care of. We weren’t perfect then and we aren’t now, but we are striving towards perfection for our customers. That is why Absolute Machine Tools has implemented a comprehensive Strategic Plan.
Since becoming an ESOP, we have worked diligently on our corporate Strategic Plan to hone-in on our core values and meet the long-term goals we’ve set into place not only for ourselves but our customers as well.
