By delivering coolant directly to the cutting zone at pressures up to 2,900 PSI, these systems remove heat, evacuate chips more effectively, and ensure better surface finishes. Optional chiller units remove excess heat from CNC machines and cutting fluids to maintain precise temperatures, preventing thermal expansion that causes inaccuracies, improving part quality, extending tool and machine life, and boosting productivity by allowing faster machining speeds. HPC-400: An economical 8 GPM gear pump system for water-based coolant, adjustable from 75 – 427 PSI. The HPC-400 includes an on-board transfer pump and is ideal for lathes, vertical mills, or shops needing a cost-effective entry-level high pressure coolant solution.
HPC-1000: Our most popular model, the HPC-1000 is an 8 GPM, 7.5 HP gear pump system suitable for oil or water-based coolant, adjustable between 75 – 1,000 PSI. It features an on-board transfer pump, 37-gallon reservoir, and four outlet ports —perfect for horizontal and vertical machining centers and CNC lathes.
HPC-1500: Delivering up to 1,500 PSI with an 8 GPM, 7.5 HP gear pump, the HPC-1500 supports oil or water-based coolant and is designed for applications using tools with larger coolant orifices that require higher flow rates. Includes transfer pump, 37-gallon tank, and four outlet ports (8 optional).
HPC-2000: Our largest standard model, the HPC-2000 supports oil or water-based coolant rated for 6 GPM, 10 HP, and adjustable from 75 – 2,000 PSI. It comes with a transfer pump, 37-gallon reservoir, eight outlet ports, and is ideal for CNC Swiss-type lathes and precision high-pressure applications.
HPC-2900: The HPC-2900 is our highest-pressure standard offering, utilizing a 4.8 GPM, 10 HP piston pump capable of delivering 75 – 2,900 PSI with oil or water-based coolant. Designed for extreme chip-control and deep-hole drilling applications, this system includes a transfer pump, 32-gallon reservoir, and eight outlet ports, providing maximum pressure stability for advanced turning, milling, and Swiss machining environments.
