The HPC-1000 is our most popular high pressure coolant system — and for good reason. It strikes the balance that most shops are looking for: meaningful pressure range (75 to 1,000 PSI), solid flow at 8 GPM, and the flexibility to run either oil-based or water-based coolant depending on your process. Whether you’re running a vertical machining center, horizontal machining center, or CNC lathe, the HPC-1000 is designed to fit without complications.
A 7.5 HP gear pump drives the system, and a 37-gallon reservoir keeps fluid volume high enough to absorb heat during extended production cycles. Four outlet ports distribute coolant to multiple points simultaneously, and an on-board transfer pump is included so you’re not adding separate equipment to manage. The system ships with all plumbing connections between the HPC unit and your machine’s coolant tank.
