Precihole BVN Series – BTA Deep Hole Drilling Machines

Precihole’s BVN Series BTA Deep Hole Drilling Machines are built to operate in continuous production mode for drilling large holes in shafts including medium and large caliber artillery barrels.  These machines feature state-of-the-art technology that produces holes with excellent straightness, bore tolerance and surface finish. Machines are customized to suit length and size requirements of the barrel and provide excellent straightness, surface finish and bore tolerance.  Precihole’s BVN BTA series can drill holes from ∅20mm (.787″) to ∅155mm (6.102″).  The design of the machine is robust to endure high torque generated during the drilling process.  Length to diameter ratios of up to 150 are possible.  Counter boring and pull boring can be added on any machines in this series as an option.  The BVN BTA series provides a complete solution that includes all features needed for continuous and repeatable performance over many years.
