CNC Swiss-type lathes and other precision high-pressure turning applications place unique demands on a coolant system. Through-spindle delivery at sustained pressure, simultaneous multi-point distribution, and consistent flow across long production cycles are requirements that general-purpose units often struggle to meet reliably. The HPC-2000 is built around those requirements.
A 10 HP pump drives coolant delivery at up to 2,000 PSI across eight outlet ports — double the distribution capacity of the HPC-1000 and HPC-1500. At 6 GPM, flow is optimized for high-pressure precision delivery rather than flood volume, matching the operating profile of Swiss-style turning where targeted coolant at the cutting zone matters more than bulk volume. The 37-gallon reservoir handles thermal load through extended runs, and the system works with both oil-based and water-based coolants.
