In collaboration with Mitsubishi Electric, we proudly unveiled the revolutionary LoadMate Plus™ Machine Tending Robotic Cell at the 2022 Automate Show in Detroit, Michigan. This compact and heavy-duty portable robotic cell is the result of a joint endeavor between Mitsubishi Electric and Absolute Machine Tools to bridge the gap between collaborative robots and industrial robot automation cells. Equipped to handle payloads up to 20kg and reaches up to 1388mm, the LoadMate Plus integrates seamlessly with most CNC brand machines using Mitsubishi’s Direct Robot Control function through a simple ethernet cable. Whether it’s loading, unloading, or palletizing parts, the LoadMate Plus excels in low-to-high volume applications, ensuring safe operations within a robust structural environment.
