V-65E (4’) & V-65LE (5′) Pneumatic Short Bar Loaders

The TRACER V-65E and V-65LE pneumatic short bar loaders are economical solutions to achieving unmanned production runs.  The V-65E and V-65LE load spindle length bar stock into the lathe spindle and will feed to a turret stop.  These short bar loaders have a small footprint and are extremely versatile.

Standard options include Top Cut System for automatically sensing a new bar position in the loader, and easy to access V Channel Adjustment Guide for changing bar diameters. TRACER pneumatic short bar loaders also come with a unique Rail Retract System that allows an operator to slide the loader back out of the way for easy spindle liner changes and accessibility to the lathe.

All TRACER bar feeders and bar loaders come standard with our uniquely patented frontal LED Display permitting distant monitoring at a glance.  The LED Display messages important information such as bar length, last bar, feeder error, and CNC lathe error.
