The River ZNC Series by Ocean Technologies is engineered for accurate, repeatable EDM drilling of small holes in demanding applications including turbine blades, fuel injectors, medical instruments, coolant holes in cutting tools, hardened punch ejector holes, vent holes for plastic molds, and starter holes for wire EDM machining. A digital spark-control mechanism stabilizes high-speed drilling performance, ensuring consistent penetration and precision even in hardened materials. All models support electrode diameters from 0.1 mm to 3.0 mm, with optional capacity up to 6.3 mm.

The River 35 and River 45 models further enhance performance with the HP1+ high-speed circuit generator, which energizes rotating tube electrodes for significantly faster drilling speeds, improved accuracy, and increased productivity.
