River 35 & 45 ZNC EDM Hole Drilling Machines

The River 3 ZNC EDM hole drilling machine, manufactured by Ocean Technologies, is engineered for precision drilling of small holes in applications such as turbine blades, fuel injectors, medical instruments, coolant holes for cutting tools, hardened punch ejector holes, vent holes in plastic molds, starter holes for wire EDM machining, and various other applications. Spark drilling is controlled by a digital control mechanism, which can effectively enhance small hole drilling stability in high speeds and supports electrode diameters from 0.1mm to 3.0mm with an option for up to 6.3mm.
