Vs-80L (5’) Servo Short Bar Loader

The TRACER Vs-80L is a compact magazine bar loader designed for loading larger diameter bar on CNC lathes. The Vs-80L positions with a servo driven, belt fed, closed loop encoder system. The Vs-80L feeds bar to a stop or a pre-set position. This model is ideal for use on lathes with a sub-spindle. Standard features include x-axis sliding rail system for easy spindle liner removal, large magazine tray to allow for unmanned production, hand held remote control for operator convenience, top-cut system to sense new bar position and easy v-channel adjustment for quick bar diameter changes.
