Visit Absolute at the 2018 PMPA National Technical Conference

Come out and see the Production Turning Team from Absolute Machine Tools at the 2018 PMPA National Technical Conference, held April 21-24 at the Crown Plaza Hotel (Chicago O’Hare) in Rosemont, IL!

A record number of exhibitors are expected at the event, showing off the latest technology in the precision machining industry. The theme of this year’s event is “Tomorrow is Today – Conquering the Skills Challenge,” and the content of the conference is targeted at how manufacturers will overcome this challenge.

More than 30 training and networking sessions will feature a wide range of speakers. Greg Knight, Absolute Machine Tools’ Vice President – Production Turning Products, will be participating in the Cam roundtable session. He will have layouts on hand and be available to discuss the production of a 1215 steel body part on a LICO LNDD twin spindle multi-slide mill/turn center. Absolute will also have a Nexturn layout for the Swiss session.

On Sunday evening, stop by and see us at the Technical Members Exhibit to discuss how we can help increase your productivity with Nexturn CNC Swiss lathes, LICO multi-slide screw machines, and the new Quicktech ultra-fast twin spindle mill/turn centers.

PMPA members from Illinois, Indiana, Ohio, Michigan and Wisconsin are encouraged to send representatives to the programs that best suit their machining responsibilities. Bringing back one good idea from the conference (and there will be many!) will more than pay for the cost of attendance.
