Software Updates

Productive Robotics is constantly improving and creating a “smarter” line of Cobots through regular software updates.  The company listens to its customers and is on a mission of continuous improvement to help manufacturers be more productive and profitable.

But not only that, Productive Robotics continues to make its line of Cobots more interactive with its human counterparts. Without us humans, Cobots can’t run, and that’s why they call them Collaborative Robots … because humans really are their co-workers!

New Product Release: OB7-Stretch

Productive Robotics recently released a new model of OB7, OB7-Stretch, which has a longer reach and lighter payload capacity. OB7-Stretch extends the reach to 1.25 meters, with a slight decrease in payload to 4 Kg. OB7-Stretch is available now.

Huge thanks to True Precision Machining, a CNC Machine Shop serving the medical, aerospace and communications industries, for sharing their story! True Precision Machining was struggling with demand outpacing its production. After implementing OB7 on their wire EDM machine, OB7 worked “lights out”, doubling their machine output and meeting their deadlines earlier than planned.
