AL Series
The AL Series is designed as a moving-table, submerged-type EDM machine, featuring a proprietary linear shaft motor for high-performance cutting. AP Series
The AP Series is a submerged-type linear motor design constructed with a hybrid table that moves in the X-axis and a column that moves in the Y-axis. The center of gravity is therefore located between two linear guideways on the X-axis table, ensuring stability and accuracy. Independent X and Y axes prevent accumulated stack errors, minimizing deformation by FEA (Finite Element Analysis). The AP achieves bi-directional repeatability of less than 2.5 µm and supports a maximum loading weight of 1,100 kg (2,425 lbs).
