A minimum support fee of $175 is required for any non-warranty service or applications support. This fee is non-refundable and must be prepaid. Upon receipt of payment, you will be contacted by one of our service professionals within one business day.

If the issue results in an actual on-site service appointment by one of our certified service engineers, the charge(s) for this service will be credited on your invoice.
