TJR FHR Extended Cradle – dual arm, hydraulic brake tilt rotary table

TJR’s FHR Series extended cradle tilt rotary table brings the same hydraulic brake, dual arm platform as the standard FHR Series cradle line, but with extended arm spacing that provides additional clearance for larger workpieces, complex fixtures, or applications requiring greater tool access within the work envelope. This model is available in a single size: 255mm (10.03″) face plate diameter.

The large thru-hole diameter carries through from the standard FHR Series, keeping workpiece setup and fixturing options wide open despite the more specialized configuration. Full integration into your existing CNC machine control supports true simultaneous 5-axis operation, and TJR’s DAC (Dual Axis Controller) allows the unit to be shared across multiple machine tools as needed.

Three independent braking systems provide secure holding at any position within the +/- 110 degree max tilting range, and the large-diameter radial-axial preloaded bearing system delivers the rigidity required for both light and heavy cutting applications.
