Tjr Fhr Cradle Type

The FHR-Series is TJR’s dual arm, hydraulic brake tilt rotary table line and is offered in multiple sizes and configurations. The FHR models featured here are standard tilt dual arm cradle-type rotary tables. The sizes range from 255mm (10.03”) to 630mm (24.80”) face plate diameter.

The FHR series employs a large thru-hole diameter that provides a larger space for work piece set-up and fixtures. The FHR-Series is ideal to convert your traditional 3 axis milling machine into a 5 axis machine for a portion of the cost of a new full 5 axis machine. They are capable of being fully integrated into your current machine control so you can utilize as a full rotating and tilting axis for true 5 axis work. It is also capable of being used as a full 4th and 5th axis connecting to TJR’s DAC (Dual Axis Controller) in the event that you need to utilize the unit on multiple machine tools.


The FHR Series has (3) independent braking systems, and max tilting angle +/- 110 degrees. The FHR series rotary table is manufactured with large-diameter radial-axial preloaded bearing system for high rigidity that can perform light or heavy cutting.

The FHR-320BC and FHR-400BC are specifically built for rear or back side motor mounting. They are a cradle type, dual arm, hydraulic brake tilt rotary table design and offered in multiple sizes and configurations. The sizes available are 350mm (13.78”) to 400mm (15.74”) face plate diameter.

The FHR rear mounting series employs a large thru-hole diameter that provides a larger space for work piece set-up and fixtures. The FHR-Series is ideal to convert your traditional 3 axis milling machine into a 5 axis machine for a portion of the cost of a new full 5 axis machine.
