TJR AR-W Series – Multi-Spindle Rotary Tables
The AR-W Series is TJR’s multi-spindle 4th axis rotary table that is offered in multiple sizes. The sizes range from 170mm (6.69”) to 210mm (8.26”) face plate diameter.
The 170/210mm is offered in a dual spindle or 3 spindle configurations. TJR also offers a 125mm (4.92”) unit with 4 spindles along with 4 separate manual tailstocks mounted on a single base place. These multi-spindle rotary tables are ideal to increase productivity by reducing the load/unload time along with reducing the amount of required tool changes.
All models offered employ the same powerful pneumatic braking system that is offered in the standard AR Series. In addition, the AR-W series multi-spindle rotary tables are manufactured with the same radial-axial preloaded bearing system for high rigidity that can perform light or heavy cutting. The AR-W Series also uses a dual lead worm shaft and worm gear to ensure long term indexing accuracy in both directions.
