Not all cutting tools are created equal. Drills, reamers, and inserts with larger internal coolant orifices require higher flow rates to keep the cutting edge flooded at pressure — and a system that can’t deliver adequate volume at the target PSI will underperform regardless of how it’s configured. The HPC-1500 is engineered specifically for those applications.

Running the same 8 GPM / 7.5 HP gear pump platform as the HPC-1000, the HPC-1500 extends adjustable pressure up to 1,500 PSI while maintaining the full 8 GPM flow rate. That combination — high flow and elevated pressure — is what sets this high pressure coolant system apart from lower-rated systems when working with larger-orifice tooling in demanding materials. It accepts both oil-based and water-based coolant, and the 37-gallon reservoir provides the fluid volume needed to sustain stable delivery through long cycles.

Four outlet ports are standard, with an eight-port configuration available for setups requiring more simultaneous distribution points. If your operation is pushing through titanium, stainless, hardened steel, or other difficult materials where chip evacuation and cutting edge cooling are critical, the HPC-1500 gives you the pressure range and flow capacity to address those challenges directly.
