Massive Fixed or Moving Table/Fixed Column Bridge Mills & 5-Axis/5-Sided Options for Specific Johnford DMC Models
The CNC bridge mills in this series are BIG, and include Johnford DMC-4000, DMC-5000, and DMC-6000 sizes, with various configurations including W-axis, modified X/Y/Z axes travels, 5-axis and 5-sided machining heads, CNC controls, scales, tooling systems, tool capacities, and all other optional equipment possible on these kinds of machines. Like the other machines in the Johnford DMC bridge mill series, these massive models are made of a one-piece cast iron base and tested with Finite Element Analysis, or FEA, to optimize resistance in cutting forces and maintain accuracy during all machining operations, wherever they are on the table.
