Precihole GVN Series – Single Axis Gun Drilling Machines

The gun drilling operation is considered one of the most critical operations in the barrel making process. producing deep and straight holes. This process determines the quality of the finished barrel. Precihole gun drilling machines offer the best combination of output parameters like hole straightness, surface finish and bore tolerance. These machines are complete solutions that are being used in lights-out 24/7 operations by the majority of our customers.  The Precihole GVN Series single axis gun drilling machines are built to manufacture high precision parts and is an asset to high volume manufacturing production environments. All GVN gun drill models are offered with 1 to 4 spindles providing excellent straightness, surface finish and bore tolerance. Length to diameter ratios of up to 125 are possible.
