They are designed to hone holes from 5mm (0.2″) to 50mm (2″) and part lengths of up to 1500mm (60″) long. These honing solutions are ideally suited for applications in automotive, aerospace, firearm and defense, pneumatic, hydraulic cylinder and mining industries. A super fast stroking system combined with Precihole’s high precision tooling produces holes with a mirror finish. Output parameters like straightness, roundness and cylindricity are excellent within sub-micron levels. Precihole’s VHM Series Honing Machines are a complete solution for perfect gun barrel honing.
